Can you walk us through the venue's rules or restrictions for photo/video (e.g., no flash, drone rules, restricted areas, time limits, or required permits)? This includes locations for ceremony, reception, and getting ready locations.
Do you have a detailed timeline for the day? If not, would you like help building one? (This doesn't have to be exact - we know plans change!)
If you have a timeline typed up already, feel free to upload here!

If we're shooting video, who is your photographer? If we're shooting photos, do you have a videographer hired as well? Would it be okay if we reach out to them directly to coordinate shots, timelines, and avoid stepping on each other’s toes?
We want you to love your photos/video. What do you envision for the final product? It's okay if you don't have a vision - we're visionaries! Any favorite wedding videos you’ve seen that you love? Share away!
What are the most important moments for you to have captured (first look, vows, speeches, parent dances, surprise elements, cultural traditions, etc.)? Any specific people or stories you want highlighted?
Who is your day-of coordinator or main point of contact? What’s the best way to reach you (or them) on the wedding day if something needs to be communicated?
Any family dynamics, sensitivities, or people we should be aware of (divorced parents, shy individuals, etc.) that might affect how we film certain moments?
Will there be any second shooters, live streaming, or other vendors (drone, photo booth, DJ, etc.) we should coordinate with?
If you had to pick the top three moments of the day that you are most excited to look back on in your photos/video, what would they be?
On a scale of 1 to 10, how comfortable are you both in front of a camera? Do you prefer a completely fly-on-the-wall 'documentary' approach, or do you want some direction and prompting?
For Video: Are there any events during the day (like full speeches, the entire first dance, or the full ceremony) that you expect to see in their entirety as a separate video file, rather than just chopped up in the highlight film? *may cost extra
